The Perks of Interning with Us

Contributing Team Member

There's no such thing as "just an intern." Conti Federal interns are active team members that provide value to a project each day. You'll have direct access to all levels of the organization, including our executive team, for guidance and mentorship.

Competitive Pay

Every internship is a paid position, offering highly competitive rates. We also pay for lodging if you're working away from home, including coordinating your travel and lodging arrangements - one less thing for you to worry about.

International Internships

Some internships are available abroad to help support our projects overseas. In fact, those that return for a second internship with us will be given priority for these assignments.

Full-Time Employment

Many of our interns have been offered part-time employment during the school year and full-time employment post-graduation. Not only will you gain experience, but you may gain a career!

"I spent my internship working on our project at the Naval Support Activity in Naples, Italy. Having the opportunity to be on the job site provided me with immeasurable hands-on experience that also helped me to develop my creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Working in another country allowed me to find different ways to communicate even with a language barrier. In the end, we all speak the same language by working towards the same goal: Done Once, Done Right!"

Alexandra Zecca, Project Administrator Intern

"I didn’t really know what to expect with my internship with Conti Federal, but I was so happy to have the chance to dive right in and make an impact. A day never went by where I was bored or had nothing to do. The internship was so successful, Conti Federal offered me a part-time position during my final semester of school and I’ll be starting with them full-time upon graduation."

Jack A., IT Intern

"My internship with Conti Federal allowed me to branch out of my comfort zone. I traveled to places I had never been and had the opportunity to work on an active military base. I couldn’t even list everything that I learned during my summer because it was more than I could have imagined… and more than I could have ever learned from a book."
