Conti Federal Awarded $49.7M Contract to Support USACE Mobile at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base

Work Includes the Construction of a Special Operations Forces Special Tactics Operations Facility

Conti Federal Services, a leading U.S. government construction and engineering firm specializing in complex critical infrastructure, disaster response and recovery, and environmental remediation projects, has been awarded a contract in the amount of $49,686,478 to construct a Special Operations Forces (SOF) Special Tactics Operations Facility at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base in Florida.

Awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Mobile district, the contract will support Hurlburt Field Air Force Base’s Special Tactics Operations. The contract calls for the demolition of existing infrastructure and the construction of more than 103,700 square feet of new facilities, meeting all standards for high performance and sustainability set by the Department of Defense.

According to Conti Federal’s Chief Executive Officer, Peter Ceribelli, “We are thrilled to be selected by the Mobile District to build the Special Tactics Operations Facility at Hurlburt Field. The opportunity to work on this important project with the Mobile District and continue to build our operational base in the Southeast US is another key step to successful implementation of our long-term strategy.
