Conti Federal is working at the Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) in Albany, GA, on repairs related to the impact of Hurricane Michael. In total, Conti Federal will help complete over 330 repair tasks across 80 individual facilities at MCLB Albany.
Given MCLB Albany’s mission of supporting US warfighters and providing Marine Corps families with a safe and secure environment to work and live, the repairs demand extensive schedule coordination with operational building owners and multiple trades, as well as close attention to detail.
Ryan Kanzleiter, PMP, CQM, Conti Federal’s Project Executive, explains: “I’ve worked on military installations around the world where mission readiness and staff security is paramount, but at MCLB Albany, this KPI is even more critical because this facility is one of two Marine Logistics bases that services our brave men and women globally. These repairs will help the Corps fulfill a critical military function supporting the American warfighter.”
