Conti Federal is excited to announce that veteran financial executive Carla Chiorazzo will be joining as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Carla will oversee financial operations and provide strategic leadership directed to sustain long-term growth.
A key contributor to financial strategy, Carla has practice in integrating a full spectrum of accounting and finance tools and processes in addition to the back-end processes associated with Procurement and Human Resources workstreams. With experience leading the creation of centralized shared services environments, Carla will be a key contributor to the enhancement of fiscal operations at Conti Federal.
Carla leverages previous experience as the Vice President of Finance, Shared Services at PAE, where she oversaw processes for over 15,000 employees, a $3B business portfolio, and the start-up of multi-million-dollar contracts and joint ventures. Responsible for the successful development and implementation of the Shared Services Finance vision, Carla fostered the growth of a team from 12 to 60 with flexibility and scalability essential to successful finance and accounting functions.
With over two decades of experience in financial and operational leadership, Carla is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive knowledge of federal contracting that will play a critical role in the organization and direction of Conti Federal’s future endeavors.
