Conti Federal Services, a leading U.S. government construction and engineering firm specializing in military and secure construction, has teamed up with Cherokee Nation Environmental Solutions (CNES), a tribally-owned, 8(a)/HUBZone certified construction company within Cherokee Federal, as CF2 Construction, LLC. Established as part of the U.S. Small Business Administration mentor-protégé program, CF2 Construction has earned a contract to renovate a loading dock for the 301st Fighter Wing Base Civil Engineers at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NASJRB) in Fort Worth, Texas.
The contract was awarded by the United States Air Force Reserve Command in the amount of $3.3M and has an expected completion date of June 2025. This project marks the second completed jointly by Conti Federal and CNES. Currently, CF2 Construction is working on an extensive $29.2M renovation project to provide secure, semi-secure, and unsecure areas for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC-WAG) group at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma.
“We’re excited to have the opportunity to team up with Cherokee Nation Environmental Solutions once again to support the 301st Fighter Wing in their mission readiness,” said Christoper Conerly, Conti Federal Project Executive. “This project marks a significant opportunity for us as we continue our work in support of NASJRB Fort Worth.”
Mentor partner, Conti Federal, is already on-site at NASJRB Fort Worth for two other contracts. Recently, Conti Federal completed an $8.5M renovation project of Air Force Maintenance Hangar Building #1643 and is actively completing the construction of an F-35A Simulator and Squadron Operations Facility on the base.
