Conti Federal utilizes our proprietary Warrior Lean® construction management process on all of our projects. Warrior Lean combines the core principles of lean management with a warfighting mentality. One of the key components of Warrior Lean is the reduction and elimination of waste on the project to minimize downtime. This includes having the right supplies at the right time so schedules are met and workers aren't kept waiting.
