Currently ongoing, this project was awarded in November 2022 by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Tulsa District to CF2 Construction, LLC, a joint venture with Cherokee Nation Environmental Solutions, a tribally owned, 8(a), HUBZone certified construction firm.

This is the first contract award for CF2 Construction, LLC and includes the renovation of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC-WAG) Building 9201 at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma.

Tinker Air Force Base provides support to more than 141 associates Air Force Units with more than 75,000 personnel. Its Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is one of six centers reporting to the Air Force Materiel Command. Led by a 3-star general officer, AFLCMC is charged with life cycle management of Air Force weapon systems from their inception to retirement.

The scope of the project includes renovations of building 9201 AFLCMC- WAG group facility, previously a General Motors paint facility, with a portion of the building being renovated into an ICD-705 compliant facility for the Air Force’s LCMC WAG group. The LCMC WAG facility is made up of secure, semi-secure and unsecure areas.
